Can I request subtitles?
Yes, you can, but we are adding only English subtitles.
Why the video player doesn't work?
Sometimes at certain times, the video player will take a very long time to display or error. Then you can wait a few minutes to play it again.
If the video player displays as shown below, then you can comment in the comments section to let us know to fix it.
Can You upgrade the quality of the videos?
Yes, We can. The minimum of quality that we provide is 720p, if the quality of the video is lower than that, You can request us to upgrade it. We always provide 720p or above the quality of every video. But sometimes our video player doesn’t encode the video well that makes the quality below 720p and We don’t check one by one of our videos on our video player. So, You can comment on the title of the movies or tv series that if You want us to upgrade. However, there are exceptions to movies that we can only get with DVDRip or .avi files quality because that quality can only be read on our video player with a resolution of 480p or 360p. Last year, google drive remove 480p on the quality option, so right now only 360p, 730p, and 1080p the quality that we can provide.
Lately, the encoding process on google drive is random, some of the files encoded well to the quality we upload like 720p or 1080p but some of it only encoded to 360p. We always check the quality of ongoing series or movies to make sure the quality is above 720p, but for the complete series that we upload with a lot of episodes, we can’t check the video one by one to make sure it’s encoded well, so some of it only encoded 360p or will encode well after some days.
If we check it one by one and wait for every episode encoded well to 720p or 1080p so it delays the time to post it. I hope you guys understand that. Thanks.

There is no time frame within which a request would be completed. It can take us a day or a week, depending on the nature of the request.
